Chocolate Thunder is a non- acid concentrated wheel and whitewall cleaner designed to dissolve heavy brake dust and road grime on contact on any wheel surface. Simply spray on and hose off, no need for scrubbing. May be diluted 4:1 or full strength depending upon the severity of the job. If wheels are hot, spray down with water before applying.
